I am 19 and starting to go to the gym at least every other day. I am in college for criminal justice/ law enforcement. And I have to be fit like crazy. So I am working on my upper body right now and running. Because police academy is 6 months and its all about being fit. (I'm not in the academy yet. I still got a while for that) but I can never be to early to start getting fit

All the best on the start of your fitness journey! Having a goal like that is fantastic and is sure to make you put in that extra 10% to push yourself.
I've only just started this yesterday, with my goals being to get leaner & build muscle mass.
