    Keep logging in, even if you aren't recording your food that day. Seeing others completed diaries or calories burned or pounds lost will help to keep you motivated.

    Thanks ladies; I will stay strong and maintain my calorie intake, sure is a struggle but with kind words from people like you will guide me and reach my goal; once again I really do appreciate it
