I'm a bit different. I'm a 47 year old guy. A few years ago I lost 30 lbs and felt a lot better. Somehow I let it all slide and I'd like to head back in that direction and maybe do better this time. It just seems a bit harder to keep at it now. This seems like a good place to help keep the focus.

Hi Kyle! I definitely can relate, I lost 60 lbs 2 years back and then unfortunately let myself go and ended up gaining the 60 plus some more back. It seems A LOT harder to even lose 5 lbs this time. Keep at it! I know it's a lot easier said then done, but it'll be worth it.0
