Hello everyone,
My name is Dezi. I am ready to make a life style change and better myself. I have always been over weight and always came up with excuses. Not anymore! Today I am taking control of my life. I look forward to hearing everyone's journey and seeing changes!!!

    Hey Dezi. Well done taking the first step. I started again on here 2 weeks ago and am loving it! Also been overweight most of my life and I'm starting to see a change in myself already. Good luck!
