Sudden drop in weight?

So I'm working my way along my journey here to become more healthy. I messed up, didn't track, got fatter, and am now on my way back down yay yoyo! In the past 45 days I've drop'ed almost 20 pounds but how it happens seems weird. It seems as if nothing is happening and then Bam! I wake up one day and my cloths suddenly fit looser. Dose this happen to anyone else? That being said I've still got 120 pounds to lose.
