Sudden drop in weight?

So I'm working my way along my journey here to become more healthy. I messed up, didn't track, got fatter, and am now on my way back down yay yoyo! In the past 45 days I've drop'ed almost 20 pounds but how it happens seems weird. It seems as if nothing is happening and then Bam! I wake up one day and my cloths suddenly fit looser. Dose this happen to anyone else? That being said I've still got 120 pounds to lose.

Good going though - 3lbs a week is pretty high loss but fine with that much to lose, expect it to slow down a little0 -

I have ramped it up as of late it just shocked me how I was thinking what the hell then bam! First big goal is to break 300 pounds then go from there I'd like to be 200 can't really imagine that but it would be nice.0
