Hello hello !

So I've been taking care of my diet for almost 30 days now, and I've managed to lose almost 6 pounds.
I had been tracking my food and doing cardio exercises for almost 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week. The weekends were usually major off-track days but I made sure I compensated during the weekdays.

However, I know that most of the weight that I have lost is water weight and now I don't want it to plateau. Any suggestions on what I can do keep the losing streak on will be really helpful. Thank you!

Also, 18 days old here. Looking for friends and inspiration. :)

Just keep eating a deficit. Make sure you weigh everything that you can, and don't overestimate your exercise calories if you're eating them back. And remember that weight loss isn't linear - you won't lose weight every week, some you'll stay the same or gain, so don't get too worried if you don't lose anything for a week or two. Good luck!

Its a good post . Biggest weakness ive seen in many new dieters is they dont manage their expectations well and are unrealistic at the rate weight loss. Then they get frustrated and down. Weight loss isnt linear, so you could lose one week and not the next, don panic or stress, just keep on doing the same things that enavle you to be at a consistent deficit.

Weigh and log your food each day.
If you hit a bump dont panic and try to make better choices the next day.
It helps if you supplement it with some regular exercise, which is also good for health. Pace yourself and of you can, then a mix of cardio and importnatly some weights which will help maintain muscle.

Keep it simple look after your deficit and be patient. You WILL lose consistently.

    Thank youuuu!
So I guess the only way to lose weight is maintain the CICO ratio, all said and done. Hopefully I won't budge and keep working towards a good 30 pound deficit that I need. :'(
