How do you log Jillian Michaels workouts?

Hey everyone! I'm new to this site and I am super excited about how it's going so far! I do a lot of Jillian Michael's workouts (Ripped in 30, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones). What's the best way to log this kind of exercise? Thanks for you help!

    Thanks! I guess if I want to be more accurate that that I'll have to get a heart rate monitor, huh? It would be nice if JM DVDs were on the excersize list.

    Yeah, I do Cindy Witmarsh and Jackie Warner DVD's....I log them as circuit

    I think the most accurate way to count the calories you burn is to get a heart rate monitor. That's what I use to log all my workouts.
