Distasis recti splint??

so I have distasis recti and my physical therapist wants me to wear a splint. Has anyone tried losing weight with Distasis recti and osteoarthritis?

No reason why you shouldn't be able to. Wear a binder as your provider prescribes. Eat less, move more. Inquire about exercise to stregthen the rectus abdominus. Google rectus diastasis, you will see some ripped 6 packs with a nice separation at the belly button. Lift weights to build muscle, which will increase how many calories you burn at rest, weight will fall off.0

I had a mild case of that after my 2nd and my OB recommended I go to yoga. I freakin hate yoga.0
