Micromanagement isn't going to make a difference here.

Lemme just put it to you like this: I have a really small calorie allowance and I also am on a lot of RX, I take OTC things, and the doctor has me using many supplements and vitamins as well: Vitamin D, fish oil, CoQ10, etc, etc to help with deficiencies and offsetting the not so great effects of my RX meds. If these things contained significant calories, I would be as big as a house. My kitchen looks like a small drugstore. And then there's the OTC as needed (often needed lol) things like Ibuprofen for arthritis pain and suchlike. Really don't worry about your pills.

The only thing you may need to count in meds/supps: If you use things like black cumin seed oil regularly, or high quantities of fish or flax seed oil, then you do need to account for those cals, as oils are calorie dense. It's 45 cal to the tsp for the black seed oil by the way. ;)

Calculating this will give you a headache and thus counteract the medicine. Let it go.

I thought this was a joke. You don't need to worry about logging those.
