My go to is carrots and apples but the apples just aren't ripe. Any ideas of stuff i could cook and store?

You can speed up the process of apples getting ripe by putting them in a paper bag (folding the bag down a couple times) and leaving it on the counter!

If you don't have a nut allergy, those are my go to snack. I keep anywhere from 5-8 different kinds on hand so I don't get bored as well as several types of nut butters. Even if you have a nut allergy, seeds and seed butters are yummy!

I made this last night. Chocolate Chia Pudding. You make it and store it in the fridge overnight. http://fitfuntina.com/chocolate-chia-pudding/
