This past weekend I am so happy to say I completed my first 10K. It was a very emotional event for me. It solidified my commitment to turning over a new leaf and living a healthy life!

I would have never been able to do that without loss of 50 pounds!

Can't wait to see what I can do when I shed more weight.

    Congratulations! I love to hear people's are more about lifestyle change, to be healthier and more fit and not just about scale result and looking good. I am looking forward to running, when I lose another 50lbs. Just too heavy right now! I am on my way and just want to say thanks for the inspiring story.

    Thank you - Focused and just pushed through. I signed up for a half marathon in the fall! The training begins!
