I am on here with my husband, who has twice as many calories as me, can use half of those calories in sugary snacks and he still loses. Me, I just watch him eat it and I gain the weight! I only need to lose 20-30 lbs. it doesn't sound like a lot but when you're 48, your metabolism isn't what it used to be. I like to walk and bike ride when I can, but I also have a desk job. I would love to make friends, share recipes and healthy low calorie foods together. Support is half the battle! Will you join me?
