The 2015 battle continues but perhaps I'm winning??

HW: 153.2 (in Jan)

My highest weight ever was 173 but luckily I haven't seen that in a few years, 162 last year though. :( THIS TIME IT WILL BE GONE FOR GOOD.

Started tracking measurements in Feb though, so..
Height: 5' 3.75"
SW: 146.8 (Feb 28)
CW: 140.2 (Apr 25)
GW: 130.0 BY JULY

Measurements Feb to Apr:
Chest: down 2.5"
Waist: down 3.0"
Hips: down 1.75"
Thigh: down .5" (but only from Mar - Apr)

Exercise only started in March: jogging in mid-March and 30 day shred on the 29th. I've only missed 3-4 days of 30 day shred, and I try go jog 2-4x per week. I jog 2 kms at a time with my doggy, and our first round took 23 minutes. We're now down to 14.5 minutes. I've also gone biking a handful of times ranging from 2-12 kms at a time.

The dog has lost weight as well, so I've had to increase his food!

My body feels different. Stronger. I feel muscles under the smaller amount of fat. I can jog longer, faster. I don't get winded as much. I don't get as sore. I don't cramp as easily. I'm more flexible. Yes the scale is only 3 lbs less from the last month, but I feel my progress was so much more than that.

Sadly, I didn't take progress pics in Jan or Feb so I only have my March/April. But I think I see a difference!!

According to my scale, my BMI is now in the normal range @ 24.2. :)

I can't wait to see my end of May progress pics!!!

    Fantastic pics. Well done.
my cw is 156 and I aiming to lose 10lb min by July.
I have started jogging 2* a wk and want to go back to shred starting May, however I suffer with my knees and find JM workouts heavy on the knees yet love her overall results I will only be doing it 3 * week as I work 12.5 hr shifts the other days on my feet all day x

Yeah, level 2 is all planks with tons of knee bending. However, she does say "If you have problems with your knees" in a few spots and gives alternate ways. Just don't hurt yourself!!

    Good luck to you!!

Maybe! As long as I keep it all up, it should be good.

You look much slimmer through the torso, and more vital and stronger.

    Really similar stats, too.
    SW 149
    CW 139
    GW 132

I don't do as much exercise, but I want to do more! I do brisk walking 3-4 times a week, plus light weights (old injuries), stretching and body weight excersise.

I'd love to add you to see your progress.
