-Take it one day at a time
- Plan your meals and snacks in advance so that you know you can stay within your allocated calorie allowance
- Weigh and track everything you eat
- Join in with the community on here so that you can get the emotional support you need (you've started on this one) - but make some friends who can cheer you on!
- If you have a lot of weight to lose, try to break it up into smaller chunks that you can use as mini goals.
- Don't let one bad day turn into a bad week. Just pick yourself up the next day and get back on track
