Hi and welcome. Planning - Planning - & more planning. Then trying to stick to the plan. Track your food religiously as this shows you patterns both for if things not going to plan and what you do well. If you are really good complete for the next day to prevent you making a mistake. However I have been doing this with another diet site (now closed) for 5 yrs so I do mine as I eat it. I do get caught out though. Goo luck. Add me as a friend if you want to.0
