Is there an app with recipe ideas, shopping list to help plan healthy meals by the week?

    I like to use allrecipes.com for yummy new recipes. I seen on their site "shopping list" and "menu planner" options, but I haven't signed up yet, so I cant vouch for how good/bad they are.

    There is heaps of apps out there for that. Personally I prefer Pepperplate. One click recipes into your own list, easy to use between tablet, phone and pc. Best of all is the shopping list which makes it super easy when I go to do my shopping. Don't know how I did it before!

    Sorry, I just noticed you asked for an app not website! They also have an app, but I haven't tried it :)
