Hey i fell off the waggon but back with a vengence..dont have a great deal to lose but counting calories certainly helps..the negative you should do this and that instead doesnt help so plz keep it to yaselves...no offense...wot works for me may not be everyones taste but i still bid you all lots of luck on your goals ★
