I began taking my weight loss journey seriously onFebruary 9, 2014. I have lost 150 pounds and now have 130 more to go. I have found this app really easy to use and wish I had used it sooner.

I have been doing this just over a month. Find it really helps keeping accurate records. Good luck hope we all get there. I have felt like giving up this week cause just lost 1lb been going to gym every morning and only been eating 1200 per day ... But am carrying on ..0

Congrats on the weight loss! I too just started this about 23 days ago. I have 150 lbs to lose. Maybe we can encourage each other along the way. Nothing I have EVER done before has worked for me. I'm praying this time is MY time to be successful.0

Thank you! The last few days have been difficult having a movie date with my husband, daughter and grand kids then early mothers day cook out yesterday. I have not eaten the greatest foods for weight loss but stayed in my calorie range so did pretty well. Today im back on track with healthy choices across the whole day. I have not gotten on the scale in fear my sodium level will throw off mt weight...regardless of calories. I will give it a few days of drinking lots of water.0
