Hello. I'm Alex and I'm 20, soon to be 21. I'm going to be a Senior studying Computer Science this upcoming fall semester, and am looking to get a little more active like my past self.
When I was younger, I was interested in and played every sport imaginable, and playing outside was just 2nd nature. As I've progressively gotten older, I've become increasingly more inactive, and that's going to change. College life has made me gain a total of 60-ish pounds, the first 40 putting me in my target body weight. But that extra twenty has given me a belly, and I dont like it, AT ALL. Pants have become uncomfortable to wear.
Im trying to lose those 20 pounds, and although thats not a lot, I want to get myself back on the right track early, instead of waiting and things becoming worse. I plan on running daily, as well as doing push ups, sit ups and planks. Here's to hoping to stay healthy, with increased exercise, less food consumption and healthier food consumption!
