Motivation "Dares"

Hey everyone, I'm 35 pounds overweight and very undisciplined, I was wondering if anyone had any "dares" or "tasks" systems for when I can't lose weight, just some fun stuff like if I cave and eat pie, I have to pie myself, stuff like that. Does anyone do that?

I do the reverse. I set up rewards for myself at certain markers of success. When I am really struggling I set rewards for every 5 pounds.
I generally chose something that will make me feel good about myself or encourage me to exercise more, etc. Maybe a new hair cut or new equipment for the pool. Even if they are little things it helps me to keep motivated.0 -
I use a similar system with clients....for example if they eat something not on their plan....they have specific exercises to do! Drop me a message if you think this would help you!0
