how many cals are in a onrage chicken pork fried rice combo??

    Chinese food is my favorite! You are probably asking about take out? Sometimes the restaurant can give you an idea. Plus it matters how much you eat. Sometimes I just have to figure out based on how much chicken (by cups) and how much rice. Also there's a long list of Orange Chicken options to choose from if you type in "Chinese Orange Chicken" on the meal you are logging in for. You can view the nutrition data and choose the one that seems the most logical. An estimate is better than nothing, I say...

    with the egg roll too? It's all over 1000. Easily 1200 and possibly more.
