How to clear a day

in Getting Started
When i go to complete the day it says it does but it still shows that day and won't go to a new day. How do i get it to go to another day?

    Look at the date at the top of the page. There is an arrow on each side. Left arrow moves you back one day. RIght arrow moves you forward. The calendar lets you pick any day to look at.

    It says it's tomorrow how do i get it to look at today and make it clear. It just takes me to yesterday but says today and it's full from stuff i put on it yesterday. Do i have to keep going forward to go to the day to have it clear?

    I'm confused ...just click the arrow to today's date ...every day you log in it should be "today" as long as it's after midnight

    I already figured it out it was because it wasn't after midnight. I just need to see how to delete this now lol
