How do you guys track your macros at a restaurant that has no nutrition facts for their foods? Just estimating or some other way?

Most chain restaurants have their nutrition info available. For the local places, I just try to find the closest thing.0

If you mean fast foods then check out - http://nutritiondata.self.com/
Enter the food item at the very top and you will get many listings.
As for local places, I just try and remember the ingredients and create a recipe in MFP.0 -
