Just joined, want to lose 20 lbs

Hi all, 54 y/o woman, I desperately need to shed some weight. Between reaching menopause and quitting smoking I've reached 168 lbs and look horrible. Hoping for loss thru diet, because my schedule does not have any room at all for exercise sessions.

    Hi! I'm 55 - also want to lose about 20 lbs - shooting for 27 by September. This is the first time that I've actually committed to doing this. It's hard for me to find the time to exercise too - but I'm finding that if I don't get my butt moving - just the diet is going to leave me with hanging skin that I DON'T WANT. So, now I've got to figure out how to find the time to squeeze in at least 30 minutes a day. This is your first step!! We can do it!
