Well what do you eat? Normally there are better alternatives that can help you maintain your preferences0

I eat plenty of foods I'm not keen on, veggies being one of them. It's called being a grown up
It's bad enough seeing fussy children.... But Adults  0 -
Most people have food preferences. Instead of announcing that you are fussy, tell us what you like to eat.0

Try lots of new things. You gotta grow up some time.0

^^This. Seeing an adult avoid foods because they're "icky" gets on my last nerve. Especially when it's a food that they tried once when they were 9 and have stayed away from it ever since. Tastes change. There are things I wouldn't go near as a kid (broccoli rabe, eggplant, lentils) that I love now.

Incorporate foods into your "fussy" diet. Our palate and taste buds change over the years, and we can develop new tastes by "training" our tastes. Example? I used to hate plain yogurt, he only kind of eat is those little containers with like 150 calories. I now can have an entire cup of greek plain for 130 AND it has a crapton more protein.
It sounds harsh but like everyone said, basically: grow up. Try new things.0 -
If you share what little things you do like to eat, it would be easier for people to help you with ideas. There's nothing wrong with having food preferences.0

Well it sounds like you have a lot to learn yet if you want to be a bikini competitor. First of all, grown up adults don't start threads about how fussy they are, which leads me to believe you are very young. ( or maybe young minded) so write a list of foods that you do like and take them to your coach and ask him to create a meal plan for your competition prep. Then you can just follow his plan to make sure your hitting your macros.
If you don't have a professional coach and trainers to guide you through your first competition, then I'd start there. A lot more goes into it then just throwing on a bikini and getting on a stage.0 -
Try foods that you *think* you don't like, prepared in different ways.
When I see threads like "I hate all vegetables", I always wonder, "Really? You've tried every single vegetable prepared every single way, and hate all of them?"
I know you didn't say that, but really....expand your horizons and you'll be surprised at what you like.0
