End of Week 1 (again)

I tried this about a year ago and was making great progress until I let myself get distracted by other stuff happening at home. I woke up last Sunday and decided there would be no more excuses and I was going to do this. I want to be around to see my daughter (15) marry and to know my grandkids. My family has a history of weight related problems and I am not going to be another victim. Last year I dropped from 240 to 205. I am currently at 225. My new goal is 180.

I don’t know anyone on the site but it would be great to make some new friends. I need someone to call my BS when I am not following and documenting my plan.
