Hi I am almost 60 and things are changing. Spring and this is the same story every spring. With great intensions every January and by May I am freaking out. Well day 5 of no added sugar and only sugar is from fruits. Eating ad few of processed foods as possible. The cravings are rearing their ugly heads today. Tracking all my foods, exercise and water. I forget how useful tracking food is, and to be really honest with yourself. I have been successful so far and am not going to crave. Water with a little vinegar or a hot tea hopefully that will ease the craving. Looking forward to chatting with others in the same boat.

    Hi, I am 64 and lost 4.5 kilos. Needing to lose another 10 for good health. I have finally got myself motivated to do some easy walking. It really helps. I have been gluten free for 3 years, so already eliminated most sugary things too. It gets easier just gotta stick out those first few weeks until your body adapts. It helps to take measurements of your body too. That often changes before the weight and helps keep you motivated. Good luck.
