I do SL every other day, and I run/jog/walk (2-3miles) on the days I don't lift. I'm trying to increase my endurance for an upcoming 5k. Would running 1-1.5 miles on my lifting days be too much? And if not, should that be done before or after lifting.
Fyi: Also trying to loose fat, look leaner & eating at a deficit. Thanks in advance

It shouldn't be too much if you ensure you are recovering correctly - sufficient food, sleep etc. 1 - 1.5 miles is not that far. I'd do it after lifting, as doing it beforehand may eat into your strength reserves a bit.0
