Motivation/Military Spouses

For the first time, I'm having a serious lack of motivation after my husband leaving for deployment. This is very out of character for me in that I've always been very independent and we've been separated many, many times before (just never while I've been dieting). I'm not feeling depressed or anything, just lazy, bloated and "blah". I'm not very big to begin with (only trying to lose a stubborn 10-15lbs), so I need every workout and low-cal meal I can fit in. I started out strong for many weeks and enjoyed logging my food and weighing in...now I feel indifferent. Any motivation suggestions or encouraging words?

think about how sexy and hot you will be when he comes home. keep it a secret from him so that he is shocked when he gets off that bus. thats my motivation when hubby leaves on tdys and deployments0

Thanks ladies!
I kind of laid off a couple days and just focused on all the other things I have going on. Finally, after Zumba class today, I'm feeling a little more on-track.0
