Dips are the best, I also like to finish my workouts with something you could call standing skullcrushers.

Can't go wrong with variations of pressdowns. Wide grip, close grip, different attachments like the rope or the straight bar..

I am doing bench dips. I haven't graduated to full dips yet but bench dips are definitely making a difference. I do 5 sets of 10.

inside joke. once you've been around the site for a while you'll notice that the only acceptable answer to any questions is SQUATZ N DEADLIFTS. arm work???? bench and pullups is all you need. and RKC planks are the only acceptable core exercise that's not named SQUATZ N DEADLIFTS.

anyhoo, my personal go-tos are lying extensions and standing overhead extensions

Tricep dips on the floor, pushing yourself off a set of dumbbells, with one leg extended high (if you can) so all of your body weight is supported on the opposite leg. Oh yes! Hurts so good! It's easy to cheat on this one and let your hips do the moving, but if you truly use your triceps it's a great exercise.

Slow skull crushers lying down on a bench hits the tricep good as well.
