Feeling very positive and a big goal in mind

Hi fellow fitness pals. I have been using this app and site for a week . I am unable to do strenuous exercise for a while but have done my 30 mins plus brisk walking each day just so I had something to enter! I have really watched and entered everything that I have eaten and done. I have got into the habit of planning my meals even checked the website of a restaurant so I could keep within my daily allowance by having a lighter lunch. :drinker:
So I was thrilled to read the scales last night and find that I have lost 1.2kg in my first week!
I still have 20kg to go but the future looks lighter!! Best wishes to you on your journey and let the speed bumps be tiny.:flowerforyou:
