I need some advice on how to really make time. I really enjoy this app it's so easy, and cutting back on calories isn't that hard to do with the right mind set. My problem is having the time to exercise!! I'm so so so busy. When I'm not at school I'm at work and when I'm not there it's like ten o'clock and all I wanna do is sleep. I'm seeing little results, and whoild like tips to find the time. Also I really would like friends who actually interact together.

Mostly I don't have time, and I could never find it, but I make it. The biggest change I had to make was choosing exercise over TV. I have two young kids and work full time. They go to bed by 8, and I put on my exercise clothes and do a video. Sometimes my husband joins me, but usually I have to find the motivation to exercise by myself, when all I want to do is crawl into the couch and watch some scandal. My kids have me up by 5:30 in the morning and life is non-stop until 8pm. So, I gave up TV for now, until something changes where I can make time earlier in the day. Also, planning your week, you know you may not be able to exercise Friday night (friends birthday party) so I was able to squeeze something in during lunch that day. Just remember, 15 minutes is better than nothing, and you work out to be healthy, not to lose weight.

make time by scheduling exercise into your day just like you schedule anything else. You're always going to be too busy...that's never going to go away.

I too struggle to find time to work out. I don't have a set schedule for work so it changes everyday. I have that doing a little throughout the day has been a big help. For example, I do wall sits while brushing my teeth. I try to do two sets of ten push-ups everyday either when I wake up or just before I go to sleep. I travel for work so I factor in a few extra minutes transit time and park further from the entrance of the facilities I work in and take a small walk before or after (even just around the block). I also always pack a bag with workout clothes, tennis shoes, and deodorant. If you have time between work and school take a jaunt around the campus or stop at a park along the way. On days that aren't so busy, I fit in actual workouts. Make mini goals for yourself throughout the week and make them a priority. Good luck. Once you start to make it a priority, it gets easier to "find the time".

You find the time. I work full time at a demanding job, have kids & a husband but yet I made sure to find the time to exercise.... at 5:00 am!!

That said, you don't need to exercise to lose weight... you can lose weight by making sure you eat less than you burn.
