Does anyone use them?
If so, how have they helped with your weightloss/maintainence/muscle definition?

I'm beginning to use them a bit more. Started with 5 and 10 pound and those don't do much. Now on 15 pound and I can feel it, too early to tell if its doing anything, but the 15 pound circle around the head really works out some shoulder issues so I will always continue doing that. I think I'll go up to 25/30 pounds and then go to weight lifting. build up to it.0

I've been doing a kettle bell circuit 3 times a week. Doing a set, running and repeat for 48-60 min. I started off using 26 pounds and am now doing 35. I have been shedding weight very well since i started.0

Hate them but yes I use them at the gym
They only go up to 24kg but you can use two together
Weighted step ups on to a high bench with 8kg in each hand
Sumo squats with 2x24kg
You can do a chest press adaptation I found out recently when my trainer made me do them
Bent over rows
Extra weight on dips with legs elevated
Basically however you can imagine0 -
You know what's weird
We Brits weigh our bodies in stones and pounds, but kettlebells, dumbbells and gym weights are in kg
You Americans have it easy without having to convert everything all the time0 -
I LOVE my kettlebells. I am still just starting out with them and working with 10 and 15 pounds, but in the six weeks I have used them I have noticed big differences in my thighs and shoulders. I am starting to feel muscles and bones I forgot I had. These will always be a part of my routine in one way or another.0

I use kettlebells at least once a week. They are very good to introduce variance on the weight lifting exercises beyond the usual dumbells, barbells and machines.
Weightloss is just CICO ( calories in, calories out). You will lose weight if your calories burned is higher than your calories ingested. You have to eat at a deficit.
Good luck in your healthy journey0 -
They are the staple of my workout regime. I love them. Even got an app on my iPad to show me more exercise demos beyond what the trainer showed me. Already have doubled my carries and squats and tripled my swings.0

Just started them myself. Love them already though! So easy to use at home (not a gym fan) complement my running perfectly0

Thanks for the replies.
I'll definitely check them out!0
