I have recently vamped up my work outs and I have noticed I am tired and feel like eating all the time. Is this normal? I am eating clean so its not hurting me but I still have that diet mentality of 1200 calories. I literally feel like im going to pass out when I do that. Also I dont actually feel hungry but more like I need a snack. Ive already had 600 calories this morning. As a woman I am just freaking out thinking OMG I am gonna be 500#s!!! Is this a normal reaction to increased exercise?

For some people, yes it is. I find protein and fat really important here. When I'm working out hard they help me feel sated. The other thing that has helped me (not everyone, but it works for me when I'm good about it) is intermittent fasting. I fast 16 hours a day and have an 8 hour eating window at the moment, and it really helps me manage my hunger.

You've increased your activity but not your calorie intake. You need to fuel your body properly. This is your body telling you to take more in, so do it.
