There is a recipe group which you could join. I have several of the Hairy Bikers recipe books. I haven't eaten pizza for about 3 yrs.

Coconut rice - high in fibre, sprinkled with grated parmesan; with grilled chicken breast seasoned with turmeric and ginger, with a pickle on a side and pickled chillies. Delicious and healthy, plus low calories - I don't use any oil.
