I'm not crazy about tea actually I hate it but I know green tea is great for you. I have tried to drink it hot and cold and I just can't stand the stuff. Can I drink the lipton diet green tea that's citrus or berry that u find at walmart? I don't really want to try the lipton or add anything to my tea with sugar but it looks like I might not have a choice. Any suggestions???

Have you tried making it iced and adding lemon and oranges cut up and letting it sit overnight (you could add a lime too)? I just add the orange, but it takes some of the bitter out. Although, I'm not going to lie, I like bitter tea so I might not be the best to ask. My mom, however, doesn't like bitter tea and that is how she drinks it.

Dont know if you get it over there but I love the Healtheries brand - especially the Green tea with Mandarin and Lime Flowers......it is gorgeous!!
So yes - you can drink the flavoured ones - I drink 3 cups every day.....

Lipton do an amazing vanilla green tea. Just try not to make it too strong :) I started off with honey in my green tea to make it taste better, but eventually cut the honey out because my sugar levels were out of control.

The green tea supplements can provide all the benefits of green tea. I used to drink the green tea, but I didn't like it without sugar and you need 10 cups a day to provide the maximum benefit and I didn't want all that sugar so I go with the supplements.

I'm a big fan of the pomegranate Republic of Tea green tea. They have a few "superfruit" varieties. Then you get the double benefit of both green tea AND antioxidants from fruit! The fruit helps cut the bitterness, and you can always add Stevia if it's still not sweet enough.

Bigelow green tea is the best, doesn't need sugar. :) they have a bunch of fruity flavors and are all light and yummy.
