Exercises Auto Populating

I have an exercise that is automatically being added to my diary every day. I can't find a setting that causes this to happen. How can I stop it?

    An Exercise bike entry. Same one for 30 minutes at moderate speed.

    I have that as well but it's from my Jawbone and I have mapmyfitness synced in...do you have something like that?

    either you have sync a device with MFP through an app or somebody used your MFP username and password to syn a device. I have a daily auto entry from my Smartphone about my daily steps

    Thanks everyone, I do have Fitbit syncing, I'll check that out.
