I love breakfast, my fav meal of the day.

Usually make a quick omlette (I keep my pepper pre-minced, cheese shredded and also pre-chop some spinach and onions for the week- so it's very easy to throw together in the morning).

Sometimes I'll do a quick scrambled eggs with sriracha and mini turkey sausages.

Greek yogurt with some berries, granola and honey drizzle.

Low carb tortilla with peanut butter and a banana, rolled and sliced into breakfast sushi.

I aim for a high protein, low carb breakfast - I try to save my carbs for later in the day.

    Delicious Low cal French Toast
2 slices of whole grain bread
blend a half a banana and 1/4 cup soy or regular milk.
Let the break soak in the banana mixture - optional : add cinnamon.
cook in a non-stick pan until golden brown.
Sit back and chow down on 275 calories of tasty food.

I eat no dairy, no gluten and low sugar, so my breakfasts are often eggs, a lean meat (such as turkey bacon or sausage), or oatmeal with apples, cashews, cinnamon and a bit of coconut manna. All are filling and easy to stay on track with. A banana and an ounce of cashews is also a nice filler if you're on the go.

I like to make coconut flour pancakes, egg white French toast, egg muffins and overnight oats!

    Egg muffins:
    (Makes 6 - approx. 103 calories each)
    5 eggs
    6 slices of pre-cooked bacon
Desired veggies (I used green pepper and red onion)
1/4 of milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)

    - Preheat oven to 400°F
    - Line baking muffin tray with bacon strips
    - Mix 5 eggs in a bowl with milk
    - Pour eggs into the muffin tray space
    - Place chopped up veggies into the egg mixtures
    - Place in the oven for 18-20 minutes
