    I was at my mom's house today and came across this pic.Alot of emotions came up,I couldn't believe that I had let myself go like this.i was very depressed and not happy at all.In this picture I was 250 lbs.I started this journey at 242 lbs,so I was only 8 lbs away from looking like I was in this pic which isn't much of a differnce.I have lost 24 lbs so far and still have along way to go,just wanted to share this with yall.051911173351-1.jpg
