I love seeing people reach their goals and constantly try to improve themselves...be it a faster time in a 5k or new weight training personal record. Here's to busting through plateaus this year! Post your achivements and records below.

I'll start with a new PR on incline bench. 225 lbs pressed for 10 reps. I'm weighing in at 197 lbs at this time. Let's go!!
