Sorry to ask this question, I know it's been talked about a lot, but I'd love some clarification
again if you could help me..... :embarassed:

I have been exercising a LOT. I currently do the 30DS every day, plus extra cardio. I usually
burn 800 calories a day at least. I've been afraid to eat a lot, as I really want to lose weight
and see all this exercise pay off. Anyhow, I usually have 800 or 900 calories left at the end
of the day, and my NET is around 350-600 I'd guess. Is that a bad thing?? I thought because
I've been exercising like crazy, I'd see more results, and I didn't want to blow it by eating too
much. Just confused and I don't want to screw up...... I work too hard to ruin my whole
fitness plan!!

So, could someone please set me straight once and for all.... please?? :flowerforyou:
