Here I go...
I am giving this weight loss thing another try. I am in full tim nursing school and a mother of two small kids and struggling losing the weight since I had my second child. It has seemed like a yo yo up and down cycle of doom for the past 3 years and I am ready to be done with it. I graduate in January and I want my sexy back by then ;)

I could use all the encouragement and motivation I can get. I have added the app to my phone and I am hoping to stay accountable by having myfitnesspal.com post to my FB page daily. I am already over by 14 calories today. I guess I need to add an exercise tonight in order to get off on the right foot.

Friend me if you want: chikkity on myfitnesspal.com!

I think you'll really love MFP. It really helps you be accountable to yourself. And you know what, you're off on the right foot. If you're over by a few calories, go walk around the block a couple times (although I know it's hard with two young kids). MFP is also great, because when you see other people have exercised today, it encourages you to do so as well. Love, love, love it!

Thanks for the idea and support! I think I will too! I really enjoyed the accountability of weight watchers but have limited time or desire to attend meetings, so I hope this helps me! I am glad to hear it is working for you! :)

Hey girl, I know how you feel! I have three kids and also am going to school full time to be a teacher. I gained so much weight with my third baby and have had the hardest time losing the last 25 lbs! I have been on MFP for about 15 days now and love it!! Good luck to you and dont give up!!
