Sigh...here I am again doing the weight loss thing. I started in Dec '09 and by Dec '10 I went from 197 to 143. Used MFP and kickboxing to lose the weight. I'm 5'5" and was wearing a size six. Then I sprained my ankle...badly...in february. So I sat on my butt and ate a LOT of frozen yogurt. UGH...USwirl came to town. Wish they'd close their doors and leave. LOL.
So....five months later here I sit at 167. Bummer. Re-joined Golds Gym last weekend and hittin' it hard. Its amazing how quickly twenty pounds can sneak up on ya.

I did the same thing. I lost 27 in just a little over 3 months. Then gained it back in about 6 months. Sigh....

We can do this, we just have to stay focused!

I'm a believer that you can do anything you set your mind to. And really weight loss is just simple math: calories in vs. calories out. Thats what makes MFP so great...all the tools are here that one needs to track their calories for the day. When I first started it absolutely amazed me how many calories I was eating every day and how little I moved my bod.
I always feel soooo good when i exercise and eat right. Will i never learn???

Thank you. Isn't it wonderful to know you can always come back even if you've gained weight? However, its very hard walking back into the gym after a 3 month absence and twenty pounds heavier!
