Being in the Marines, I am very familiar with fitness and health. Once I discharged that all kind of went to the waste side while I focused more on family and work. Now I am looking for that motivation to get back into a healthy lifestyle also work on looking great. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer via National Exercise and Sports Training Association, I am a BeachBody Independent Coach and developing as a strong Runkeeper, MFP and FitBit user ( www.fitbit.com/user/3CRR3K ) .
