This does work, but it takes a level of discipline that not everyone starts off with. If you're just starting out and have any doubts to your ability to portion out smaller servings (and not go back for more), there's nothing wrong with exploring alternative, lower calorie versions of things you like.
That said, the real stuff is better and it's worth working on being satisfied with smaller portions.0 -
