Anybody know any healthy recipes for desserts?

    I find that when I try to make my desserts "healthy" they don't satisfy me as much. Try having the real thing but a smaller portion and eat it slower.

    This does work, but it takes a level of discipline that not everyone starts off with. If you're just starting out and have any doubts to your ability to portion out smaller servings (and not go back for more), there's nothing wrong with exploring alternative, lower calorie versions of things you like.

    That said, the real stuff is better and it's worth working on being satisfied with smaller portions.
