    Isn't it a crazy balance between trying to eat healthy and keeping the crohns under control?

    Great to find this group. After 4 months if steroids I am off them. I’ve gained a lot of weight. I look pregnant I’m 51 very active but was so hungry on prednisone and have no will power and house full of family members that eat like I used to be able to do. Chips, cookies, sugar and I need to stop eating it all. I can’t eat much fiber, raw veggies and any type ruffage foods. Leaves meat and carbs. I need to lose 15 lbs. I can’t stand to be stuffed in my clothes and slow moving.
