How would I enter in a jilian Michaels workout? The ripped in 30 DVD

    Most would log it as circuit training, I do believe. You'll never get an entry with 100% accuracy, so eat back half of the calories burned, and you should be ok!

    before I started logging them myself with a HRM estimated calories I would log her work outs as circuit training.
