The Big Workout on Fitness TV

I sky + this the other night and find it quite a good workout to follow. Elise Lindsay is a great trainer and everything is easy to follow and easy to keep up with it. However, I've logged as Aerobic general today but not sure if this is right?? The workout is a warm up, followed by high and low impact cardio, followed by strength & toning, then core strength, then a cool down. Am I logging it right?? Thanks.

    Not seen that one, will look out for it! I tried the Ladan soltani step routine but she's just too fast for me to follow!!
