News of my recent 'success' (although its very early days) has spread around the office and now this girl (who i've barely spoken to) wants me to be her personal trainer. The problem is she's hot. How do I stall her until i lose more weight?

don't stall ..... She's quite obviously impressed with you as it is, but she'll be even more impressed to see you 'practising what you preach' and that the effects are working on you as well as on her!

Be careful being anyone's "personal trainer" especially if you aren't licensed to be one. However, if she's just looking for a workout partner, then go for it. Why wait? What more motivation could you possibly need to workout and go to the gym other than knowing a (hot) girl will be there waiting for you and working with you? If she's asking for you, then she's not concerned about your weight. Go for it. Go for it. :)

Thanks guys, I am always happy to share what I do with anyone, I guess i'm still very self conscious and people would think. 'What she doing with him' And if I act like Mr. Motivator whilst I myself have a ton of weight to lose it would seem weird lol

Unless you are married, don't wait!! Go to the gym and pump some iron :) She obviously doesnt care or she wouldn't have asked you.

you can act like Mr Motivator even with a ton of weight to lose. "Those people" (the ones at the gym who would judge) don't know how far you've come, and really, it doesn't matter what they think anyways. No overweight people would ever go to the gym if they were worried about those people. A few years ago, i was really scare of the gym people judging me for being over weight when I was pregnant and post-baby, but said "OH WELL! When they see me with my 9 month pregnant belly at spin class, (and afterwards) they can kiss my fat butt!!" :)
