Recipe Breakdown
I recently read somewhere that I can put the ingredients to a recipe in My Fitness Pal, and it will break it down as far as calories, fat, sugar, sodium, etc. If this is true, can someone direct me to it? I apologize if this has been posted before.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I just used it for the first time last night and I love it! It tells me how many calories I will eat if I eat 1/4 of the recipe.0
